By placing advertisements with NPLP LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Advertiser Responsibility: As an advertiser, you are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of your advertisements. You must ensure that your ads comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. NPLP LLC reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any advertisements that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with our policies.

  2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold NPLP, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your advertisements, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of any rights of a third party.

  3. Ad Performance and Results: While NPLP LLC strives to provide an effective advertising platform, we do not guarantee the performance, reach, or results of your advertisements. Factors such as audience engagement, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control may impact the effectiveness of your ads. You acknowledge that advertising results may vary and that NPLP LLC shall not be held liable for any lack of performance or desired outcomes.

  4. Payment and Billing: Advertisers are responsible for timely payment of advertising fees as agreed upon in the advertising agreement. NPLP LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate ad campaigns for non-payment or violation of our terms and conditions. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by NPLP LLC.

  5. Modification and Termination: NPLP LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any advertising services or agreements at any time, without prior notice. This may include changes to advertising formats, placement, targeting options, or pricing. In the event of termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations.

  6. Confidentiality: Any confidential or proprietary information shared with NPLP, LLC for the purpose of advertising will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, NPLP LLC cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet or stored on our servers.

  7. Governing Law: These advertiser terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
